Christopher R Kelly (b. 1987) is a burgeoning painter based in Austin, TX.

With formative years in the Rocky Mountains, Chris paints with gestural movement and imagery inspired by western Colorado. Although the landscape and climate of Texas - where he now lives - greatly influence his paintings, he channels the works of mid-century icons through minimalism, balance, and abstraction.

Chris’s work has been featured at Anderson Art Ranch, CO; Bennington College, VT; Alta Marfa, Tx; and collected privately worldwide.
