The explosive interaction from thickened paint hitting unprimed canvas yields an intensely unique appearance and was insanely fun to paint. Large, homemade bamboo brushes were used, creating a sense of movement, similar to that of a fly rod. Oil, acrylic, gouache, pastel, and spray paint where rubbed into the canvas as well. Cut-and-pasted canvas, foam, and paper were also applied during various stages to achieve shadow and texture. Stretched over pine wood bars. Displayed in grey floater frame.
